    01. What kind of properties do you work with?
We service residential, commercial and body corporate-managed properties — exclusively within the Gold Coast area. Every site receives tailored care to match its standards and needs.
    02. Do I need to be present during the service?
Not at all. Most of our clients trust us with regular access. We work quietly, efficiently, and leave the property exactly as expected — or better.
    03. How do we communicate if something comes up?
We keep communication simple and clear. You’ll have a direct contact and we notify you of any issues, suggestions or changes before they become problems.
    04. Can you help with one-off clean-ups or do you only do regular maintenance?
Absolutely. While most of our work is ongoing, we also offer seasonal clean-ups, landscaping refreshes and pre-sale or inspection prep on demand.
